At Worker, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our fashion and workwear collections. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at an authorized collection point or schedule a courier pickup using the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
